Production Times
Our production times are from 3-10 business days. Custom orders/ personalized orders are closer to the 10 business day mark. Please plan accordingly when ordering as I will not rush an order to meet a condensed timeline which may sacrifice quality. If you have questions or concerns please message me prior to ordering and I will do my best to help accommodate. Our processing time does not include shipping times.
Shipping
We ship all packages via USPS Ground Advantage. Packages per USPS will be delivered between 2-5 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of order delivery.
- Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
- All returned items must be returned in new, unworn condition.
- Dirty or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
- Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- All sales are final on our Last Chance items, and are ineligible for return or exchange.
- If making a return because of our error or defect of the product please email us at plaidbadger.co@gmail.com and we'll work with you to get everything sorted out.
**Chewed products or products that are misused, improperly cared for, and or negligence do not qualify as defective. - Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to land back to your account.

Do you offer custom orders?
I am currently limiting my custom requests/ orders. Please see our contact page and send me a message directly if interested.
An item to note, custom requests take longer than our established 3-10 business days for production. I reserve the right to decline a request.

What are Seconds Sale Collars?
Seconds Sale Collars are collars that are made with buckles that I deemed unacceptable to my standards based on their appearance. These buckles have blemishes and or scratches on their surface that occurred during the manufacturing process. This does not change their performance or integrity of the buckle. Because of this, I have a limited number available to clear out this inventory. For more questions, please reach out to me directly.

Where is my package?
Delays from the postal service can occur, we thank you for your patience.
If your order has been marked as delivered and is not present:
- Check around your house or bushes in case package was placed in a different location
- Check with your neighbors
- Wait a day or two. It's not uncommon for the postal service to mark a package as delivered when it may not be.
- Call your local post office for GPS coordinates.
Normally, a package will show up a day or two later with no incident. If you package has not arrived and it's been a week, please reach out to us directly so we can help track the order or issue a replacement.
